Choi Kwang Do at Ashford Martial Arts is a friendly, non-contact-first martial art built around confidence, fitness, and practical self-defence. Families from Staines, Laleham, and Ashford train with us every Monday and Wednesday evening at Charlton Village Hall, Shepperton.
Charlton Village Hall in Shepperton is roughly 10 minutes from Staines-upon-Thames town centre, with free parking on site.
Monday and Wednesday, 18:00–20:00 — easy to fit around the school run, work, and homework.
Kids (6–11), teens, and adults train in separate, age-appropriate classes led by fully certified instructors.
